asthenozoospermia - what is it?

Hi,

Does any one know what is asthenozoospermia is?

One of my very close friend is suffering from this & doesn't have a
child because of this complaint.
He is taking medicines. But I would like to know to advice my friend
on the chances of getting a child with
this complication & is it curable & are there any other means of
treatment for this.

Asthenozoospermia (or "asthenospermia") is the medical term for reduced
sperm motility.

Is this curable? & what are the chances for child birth once this is
cured?
