Online Support Survey

Dear Members,

My name is Sumaira and I am PhD student at the University of
Nottingham. As part of my doctoral research I am conducting a survey
which aims to explore how online support groups affect the experiences
of individuals coping with Infertility. I would like to invite men and
women who have visited an online support group/bulletin board for
support or information regarding infertility issues to take part in
this survey.

The online questionnaire involves a series of open-ended questions,
which should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please be
assured that all responses to the survey will be treated as strictly
confidential.
