AndroGel And Prostate Cancer?

I'm 46 years old and I had to insist to my doc to test my Testosterone level because he said I was too young for low T. I was having mikd depression symptoms and heard it could be low T. Level came back pretty low and started using Androgel. A year later, PSA is very low. Wondering if PSA is still accurate in watching for prostate cancer.

Anyone have any input?
