Lightbulb If you seriously want to quit

If you really want to quit smoking, take a look at

Stop Smoking, A New Aproach

It's a new approach designed for everyone who seriously wants to stop smoking for free without drugs, patches, nor gaining weight.

This site tackles smoking from an addiction perspective; It doesn’t matter if you are a five a day teenager, or a one hundred a day pensioner, male or female, or if this is your first or fiftieth attempt at stopping, if you follow all instructions, you'll certainly become a non-smoker.

Good luck and happy quitting!

Default Bad Habbits hard to stop

well bad stuff are hard to stop as we feel pleasure in that evil stuff , not only smoking there are lots of other things in the society due to which violance generates . The only way to stop smoking is that , try to reduce smoking steadily , not at a day.

Probably the number one key to quitting smoking is to set your mind to quitting and then do it. You have to commit yourself to quitting and then take small steps towards your goal. And there can be no excuses or reasoning for continuing to smoke.

I think there are a lot of smokers out there who wants to quit, but they found it hard in the 3rd or 4th day of not smoking. And most of them who wants to quit, is buying or using electric cigarette or nicotine gum to lessen the number of sticks that they're smoking within a day or a week.

When you have a strong desire to quit smoking, you can do it easily but do not stop all of a sudden, try to reduce it slowly and then quit it.

Thanks for the information shared here about quit smoking. Yes, I too suffered a lot because of the same problem later I have tried hypnosis from thoughtsbecomereality.co.uk which helped me to quit smoking through hypnosis and various hypnotherapy techniques.
