Default Bad Habbits hard to stop

well bad stuff are hard to stop as we feel pleasure in that evil stuff , not only smoking there are lots of other things in the society due to which violance generates . The only way to stop smoking is that , try to reduce smoking steadily , not at a day.

Probably the number one key to quitting smoking is to set your mind to quitting and then do it. You have to commit yourself to quitting and then take small steps towards your goal. And there can be no excuses or reasoning for continuing to smoke.

I think there are a lot of smokers out there who wants to quit, but they found it hard in the 3rd or 4th day of not smoking. And most of them who wants to quit, is buying or using electric cigarette or nicotine gum to lessen the number of sticks that they're smoking within a day or a week.

It's really great to quit smoking.
As I think when you decide to quit, get rid of all smoking related paraphernalia. Toss out your lighters, crumple up and throw away your cigarettes, and give away your ashtray collection. Do not keep anything inside the house that you use for smoking. Be certain to clean out all areas that may hold some stray cigarettes, such as the glove compartment of your car, your desk at work, or your purse and jacket.

    Hi Borisbcs,
Your suggestion is i good but no one can quit smoking directly. Someone who want to quit smoking can reduce day by day and then completely forever.

    hi.

Smokers often say, “Don’t tell me why to quit, tell me how.” There is no one right way to quit, but there are some requirements for quitting with success. These 4 factors are key:

    Making the decision to quit
Picking a Quit Day and making a plan
    Dealing with withdrawal
    Staying quit (maintenance)

    Hi Borisbcs,
Very informative post on quitting smoking and like to share some effective tips to quit smoking here.
Make up your mind and stick to your goals. Set a quit day and make it special for you. Don't buy cigarettes and avoid going to places where you might found smokers. Keep money you would spend on cigarettes in a saving jar and plan for a treat tomorrow. Do start some sport, exercise or any physical activity.

Nicotine gums are a proven reliable medication of smoking. But, it depends 90% on your will. The better you stay away from this bad habit, the better it is.
