i am a starter i began smoking 3 months ago to be precisely. i did not think it would get so addictive and now i want to quit smoking but it is a little hard to stop i get very anxious if i do not smoke. and now i smoke up to 6 or 7 cigarettes a day. it is really desspairing.

Thank you for sharing the good tips. I also read that those who have the urge to smoke can instead munch of chocolates or candys to curb the urge. This is how you slowly give up on your cigarette. Also maintain a daily log book which you share with your family and friends and keep writing every day if you smoked or not. To see the happy faces of your family on the days you did not smoke, will encourage you to quit easily.
