How To Manage Anxiety And Insecurity In Relationships
The combination of anxiety and insecurity acts like a dangerous toxin in relationships whether it is dating, courtship or marriage. Relationship partners have felt unworthy, afraid and distrustful of each other and yet lack the courage to call it quits. The same negative emotions that make it impossible for them to enjoy their relationships are the same that make them powerless to separate. It leads to or is embedded in a stifling sense of jealousy and inferiority complex.

I found one way......
A person who is insecure lacks confidence in their own value and capability, lacks trust in himself/herself or others. Insecurity may cause shyness, paranoia, withdrawal, or alternatively it may encourage compensatory behaviors such as aggression or bullying, hence the saying “all bullies are cowards.”

Managing anxiety is a very difficult task and will take effort and practice. However, the ability to manage anxiety is a key element of a happy life. I guess it is important to understand that life is full of uncertainties and we either accept it as it is and enjoy the life or live in a constant fear for the rest of the life. It is hard to suggest anything without knowing more detail, it depends on various factors, including one's emotional level, physiological aspect, etc.
