Some Technics, Helpfull, If You Have Schizophrenia
These metods are helpful, if you have schizophrenia symptoms, but, you can use them, only if the initial psychosis has resolved

Always use medical drugs, its very heplful
Be egocentric, always thinhk about yorself, what you need, because, now its going about everything, about me
Think about it, that I dont deserve bad things, I deserve only good things
Rely on me, only I can change these things to be better
Remember only these moments, where I was healthy, dont thing about things, when I was ill
Dont panic if you feel sick, its only temporary
Resolve internal conflicts which I have
Resolve problems, which are coming
Find things, which I liked, when I was healthy and refresh good relationships to them
Dont escape from myself, from my conscience, but face him, and prove to stay prior me
Think about my properties, which I had when I was healthy, and so get my own identity
Forget about the feelings, which I had, when I was ill, feelings of people, world
Find a detachment
Find a emotional inteligence
Find a lost sense of life
Find a look at me, and with this look maintain morality
Dont control what doesnt need to be controled
Dont discharge energy with fantasies and unredeemable dreams
Dont look at the people, that all of them are bad and they want to hurt, they only thik about themself
Dont be closed from world and from people, human contact is very good and healthy, but be aware from people which are taking drugs and which cannot help to me
Now you can remember bad things from the time when you were ill, and think about them, and understand why are these ideas sick
Learn how to receive help from my family and friends
Find the lost self-esteem
Be direct, dont thinh how to hurry someone behind his neck, but direct say what you dont like
Be satisfied only with things which I have, I dont need somenones other things, dont think abou things which are strange to me
Control the emotions manifestations
Dont abase myself
Find the lost love to women and respect to men
Find the things, with them I have fight when starts the ilness, find the original anxiety, depersonalisation and find the reason , why I had fear, understand, that the human, which was hurting me has teached me how to hurt to myslef and he teached me how to always rund a never have peace, you have to refuse the human, who did it and so find your own identity
Have some requirements on me,and they fill, so learn to be satisfied
Find the internal peace, so that I understand that was a bad end and mourn
Understand which people I dont like and show it, dont need to have a fear
Dont have to be eated from hate and anger, dont be offended
Dont be nervous, that people are always behind my neck, now I am alone and free
Dont fear from things I am doing, It will be OK, there will be no apocalyps

Never do prescription or other drugs for any considered 2b mental illness, beause really, truthfully, they do no work and do not do any good whatsoever and are for the same reason why I domp.
