Default Fungal infections

I have been suffering from an infection and need some help. I was recommended to take any good medication containing fluconazole and want to know more.

Hello Jeffersona and Katewinston,

I've been told that is important to add lactic bacillus (in yoghourt) to your diet. And reduce sugar and starch intake (yeast love these foods). This helps the balance in your vaginal flora.

The better choice would be taking Lavada. It contains Lactobacillus and a bunch of herbs and botanicals for a natural vaginal cleanse. Lavada will improve your vaginal scent as well, which is great for a healthy sex life.

Good luck

Top on your daily garlic intake too. This will do wonders for the infection.
I wouldn't recommend taking any OCT or prescribed medications, as they simply won't be able to cure your infection. Instead, make sure you follow anti-candida diet. It's really the only way to get rid of your infection for good.

Default Fungal infections

The chances of getting fungal infections are mostly on places like butts, this is because while sitting on one side the sweat released creates itching and thus results in fungal problems..
