Passing Huge clots Bleeding Heavy

[[/i]Help I am 36 years old have 2 children my sencond child born c-section is almost two.I am experiencing heavy period including huge blood clots

My ogbyn Dr prescribed provera to control the heavy bleeding,It's not helping I go through 2 large packs of super-overnite pads in 1 to 1 & 1/2 weeks Of ridiculous heavy flow.....HELP
